I thought it was "against the rules" for a Gov organization to get involved in private sector marketing and production of goods. I'm prob totally wrong but it was something I just thought of. Perhaps if they cut the bureaucracy and the dead weight and provided a streamlined service...they might be self supporting...what a concept! I know...there has been rules and regulations that affected their sustainability and viability and I am not knowledgable about all the details...but seriously...I know postal workers at small post offices that have absolute candy coated easy jobs...they sit at a window all day and goof off on their ipads and smart phones till a rural customer comes in to buy stamps or mail off a package...efficiency at it's finest! |

The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had high hopes the genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections. ~ Narrator (Idiocracy) |

Quoting: Damrod I thought it was "against the rules" for a Gov organization to get involved in private sector marketing and production of goods. I'm prob totally wrong but it was something I just thought of. The job of the government is to create artificial demand and supply for their corporate overmasters by 1) creating cartels and monopolies for their buddies and 2) manufacturing currency from debt promises that you and your children are supposed to pay off. Those promises are never really paid off they are just papered over with new promises and associated higher principle and interest (that will never be paid off, etc) Carry on. |
