postal service is a privately owned buisiness while a
post office is an old venerable institution.

What really gets me is this statement.

What in his mind could let him think that if they can't handle the mail, they are somehow qualified to take on another business model- a retail one at that. They and hence us, are truly fucked when people have the gall to believe this shit. He is a patsy and another example of why we are in the condition we are.

We're good. Just went with the Article title and it is about the USPS, which is a service.

Well they cut back Saturday delivery of the mail except for packages but then added Sunday delivery of packages.
I fail to see how paying workers for Sunday will save money...and they wonder why they are going broke.

They have special line for those who enjoy target shooting, just make sure your not the target.

It won't but I bet they're banking on double time pay. The whole thing was a rouse for more freebies. Their hands are in the cookie jar.

I get the feeling that the postal service is like all the other federal institutions in that bankruptcy is the plan from the get-go. I never could figure out how a semi-monopoly could have financial difficulties. Lets raise rates only a penny on mail so we loose money this year. Then, penny again, lose again. They could've raised it a damn nickle the first time, and not be in this mess. Like I said, looks planned.

That's funny, and I always thought the slogan was rain SLEET and snow. It goes: Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.

But I don't think its a bad idea really. Empty headed celebrities do it all the time with success. I just think clothing is way overpriced and hopefully it will be reasonably priced. Probably not.
