Ever notice when someone is all whistling and happy people are like what a dick.strange but true. I agree completely with your post. Needing money is just wrong! We should be free to share everything politely. But we have passed that point and now thanks to the stupid suckers, everything is totally toxic. It is degrading to beg to be someone else' slave. Second, if you manage to get an interview, you are heavily interrogated. Third, if you make it through the interrogation procedure they now own you and they can talk to you like shit and force you to slave away as hard as they like. Not so? Disobey your boss or argue back, you will find yourself penniless and homeless in no time. Fourth, you are forced to work with people who may be absolute assholes and there's no escape. Fifth, you take the stress of a job home with you and your mind is swamped with work schedules. so you cannot truly relax - ever. Sixth, all of your freedoms are removed from the moment you leave school to the moment you retire. You are forced to work 8 hours per day - Monday to Friday - until your youth has gone forever. In fact, your freedoms are removed as soon as you start school. Seventh, you are deceived into thinking that you are entitled to two days of freedom, but you are so stressed from the previous 5 days of slavery you just want to sleep in on Saturday. Then you spend Saturday night getting drunk to blot out your miserable existence. Sunday is spent sleeping in and feeling like shit from a hangover. Eighth, constant toiling away and being handed heavy schedules age you prematurely, not to mention stressing the immune system. Ninth, you cannot live a self sufficient lifestyle legally independent of the system because if you build a log cabin anywhere, so you can fish / hunt or grow crops for food, the system's henchmen will destroy your home and imprison you. Tenth, you are a tax generating automaton who exists to swell the moneyboxes of the elite. There you have it -- the big pink elephant is not staring you in the face from the far corner of the room, it is sitting on you and crushing you with it's enormous weight, yet the world is in collective denial over this very obvious fact. Why? Because slavery is all they understand. That's why I hate the system and refuse to serve it. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 930283 I totally agree, but I have to point out that it was broken to mass amounts of people in the movie Matrix in 1999. :) "You are a SLAVE, Neo..." im worried i'll starve now because the economy's going to hell.. so im making changes here now but before, it was just about mindless consumerism.. not even of goods i cared to have to impress people i didnt care about knowing i want freedom, like to travel and see things, and safety in my life. I wished people werent as shallow and consumerist oriented as they are today.. its all about taking up debt to get the latest fanciest apartments or gadgets to impress eachother, if you dont have the latest and greatest junk, your looked down upon up here its cold so i need a house, but if i lived a more warm place i think i would be more happy if we lived like native americans, as long as i didnt have to worry about starving to death |

We all are struggling my dear friend and even though the system is fucked up it has helped many come out of basically having nothing. But i do agree...the system of today has to be reevaluated by many...not just for oppurtunities but for the growth of tomorrow. I seriously doubt that many care because they have succumed and accepted life for what it is...but now we have to change it for what we want it to be. I sit here in my college library typing to you and 5 minutes ago i was asking myself what is stopping me. I really dislike the system and i think im ready to start doing the things that i have always dreamed of. Im 21 and you have many years on me but i believe it is up to my generation to question and to help the rest of us find a better way to do this. We are not slaves...we are human beings that should be very concerned on how we treat each other, see each other, love each other, and help each other prosper. Through it all we need real change. REAL CHANGE. Of many things. |

There are things you can do to protect yourself from the vice of the system. The system is designed to distract you from the main focus of life - finding happiness. I made a thread on how to protect yourself from the impending economic collapse but it was greatly ignored. If people truly cared I don't think it would've went down into the backpages of this forum. Listen, begin a home-based business. Get involved with something that will produce RESIDUAL INCOME for you & your family. It is a sure-fire way to protect yourself from economic hardship. Plus you won't have to work for anyone ever again once you incur a larger residual profit. Begin today, OP. |
