So we can abort conservative/libertarian babies and keep libtard babies.

At least to classify a want for freedom/gun ownership/self defense/etc. to be labeled as a mental illness. studies like this already exist, and eugenics is making a come back, big time. All the first wave victims from the the 20s-60s should be dead between 2020 and 2040. Evil tends to plan things long term.
