Employees walk through to secure areas without being checked. I'm talking about baggage handlers, cleaners, kitchen workers, maintenance, etc. How well are their background checks, and how easy would it be for them to take a bribe from terrorists? I hope to God nothing happens, but I'm surprised it hasn't yet. In Chicago, employees drive their vehicles INTO the "secure" area...a parking lot, then take a shuttle bus to the terminals. In many other airports, they might park outside the terminal "secure" area, take the employee bus, but never go through security as a passenger does. ^^ this is true and as far as i am concerned these people cause more problems than they solve. i think it also gives people a false sense of security. yea, dad may be a lawyer, but the child's tears are real...
