To be technical about this, we do not yet know if the Barley is going to be AVIV on the 1st day of the new moon at the end of the twelth month because we have not got there yet.

Looking out the window here in Sderot, I suspect that the barley will not be Aviv and we will therefore go to a thirteenth month this year which will make Passover a month late.

The Rabbis do not keep Yehovah's scriptures. We cannot put a date on Passover (14th day of the 1st month subject to the barley), thus any of this kind of thread about Passover is speculative in the extreme
