In most esoteric accounts of history, great climate and solar catastrophes involve a shift in consciousness. The seperation needed from the prefrontal cortex to dream events into reality.
Quoting: shadasonic Our brains develop from the back toward the front. The prefrontal cortex is the last to develop, and is not fully functional (generally speaking) until age 25. Not sure I want to let go of that just yet. Lol. I was hoping that the shift would be more of a development of "all parts" of the brain. If the prefrontal cortex was further accentuated people would have the best of both worlds, and possibly true peace. Or, hell, I could just be chicken shit to lose my current sense of self. Lol
