This no-care attitude is pervasive throughout the USA. I see it along the sides of roads where people dump their garbage down the sides of hills. Or at stop lights, where piles of cigarette butts collect until kingdom come.

Or they leave their fishing bait containers, line, rusty hooks, broken bottles, etc for little kids to cut themselves on or animals to accidentally ingest.

It's the hell with you, hooray for me attitude...not many people care these days or are at least too busy to care.
