FBI seeks help ID'ing child-porn suspects- PLEASE LOOK!

The picture on the right with man in glasses looks like Terrazzo Flooring in a Block structure (Cinder Block Home with Terrazzo Flooring?).
The picture of the "house" with above ground pool, looks like a manufacture home (The Stair Case).
The Pictures seem old. The one with the pool and home seems newer.
Above ground pool seems to be an older generation and in fair condition.
I think the pictures maybe late 80's early 90's (87-92); However, the siding on the home seems to be a good clue to the age of the picture. This may give a better indication of being 90's era (90-97).
Age progression on photos maybe needed.

Those guys seem to have serious tans on them. The victim looks very pale white. There is a pool. I do not think the victim gets out of the structure and is held against his will. Likely a missing or abducted child.

I'm going back and forth- As much as I hate what he did, I don't want to be the 'boy who cried wolf'. If it isn't him, I'm going to look like a jerk. That's why I'm trying to find someone who can do more, maybe has more connections, etc.

I'm not concerned about the bankers. They didn't do anything first hand. Unfortunately this man did-whether he is the same man who abused me or whether he abused another child. Sick that you think it's ok to ignore something like this.
