Reminds me of the time in the 60's we found several dead rats in my family's spring water tank. The water tasted worse than horrible.

The victim was probably raped by someone on the staff and dumped in the roof cistern.

I doubt very much the dead girl was trying to go swimming on the roof.

Makes you wonder what dead bodies are in your own cities water supply....

What's really bizarre about this, is how did did she get into the water tank
without setting of the alarms? the roof of the hotel is locked and alarmed.
Also very difficult to climb onto the water tank. CTV news showed video of her acting strangely in the hotel elevator.

My gag reflex just kicked in.

There is a surveillance video where she seems to be under the influence of something as she apparently walks, unsteadily and alone, into the elevator which I assume took her to the top of the building... She walks on top of the building and then falls into the tank...
