iCloud? Go to settings, go to iCloud, and turn the different iCloud settings off if you want them private. Before I turned mine off, I got a text from my sisters bf sent to my ipad.

There are different apps you can put on a phone and they send a copy of every text to another phone for reading. The apps are hidden from user sight. Android or garbage iphone?

Were the texts to a female or male?

She prob installed tracking software on your phone. Anyone can do it...all you need is to have the persons phone for about 5 minutes to program (easy to do) and you are now tracked...texts, GPS, calendars, phone calls, web history, etc.

If she has suspected you of doing something then she prob did this...you can google search your phone on where the spy software may be hidden.
