It doesn't matter how she got them. The point is that she has them. I think what you really need to analyze is the fact that you stated that she didn't have to brains to get ur text messages, really? If that is how condescending you are with her, i would wager she has been building up a SLEW of evidence to use against you in the divorce. It wouldn't matter what you do now, she technically has the right to subpoena EVERY text message you have ever sent, your computer history (yes, this will be on there), every email you have ever sent or received and every phone call you have ever made.

Her attorney will probably also pull the credit card receipt from the restaurant, depose the waiter and use security tapes to prove you were there with a woman.

You see these are civil matters, not criminal. She doesn't have to PROVE you slept with anyone. She just has to make them think something happened.

Quite honestly, the attitude you have about her intelligence was enough to make a judge HATE you. You better have a come to jesus with yourself. Even if you didn't sleep with that girl, your view on your wife is FRACKED up and completely JACK ASS!
