She prob installed tracking software on your phone. Anyone can do it...all you need is to have the persons phone for about 5 minutes to program (easy to do) and you are now tracked...texts, GPS, calendars, phone calls, web history, etc.
If she has suspected you of doing something then she prob did this...you can google search your phone on where the spy software may be hidden.
