Called ahead to a local store from 50 miles away to make sure they had something, got there and found out it has the wrong tag on it.

Had them call another store, where after 10 minutes of holding they hung up on her. Then she offered to call again. lol

Then at the register, I asked them how much the item was, they had to find someone to give them the code for that department. Then she says there is not a price in the system.

I said, okay, just ring it up and we'll see how much it is and she said, no, there is no price in the system for it.

I said, what do you mean? She said, how much do you want to pay for the item?

WTF is the world coming to?

When this big store closes, they will say it is because of the economy when, in fact, it is lack of service.

Seriously, their give-a-damn is broken.
