What if I come back as someone like Alan Greenspan?! I'd stick my head in a coal stove. :<

It's an intriguing idea because I'm sure that my parents considered their time preferable to the present and their parents probably did the same. Of course people in the USA had it made 60 years ago or more relative to most of the world. Low population density, healthy environment, good food, enormous natural wealth.

Think of all the cultural and ethnic emnity building over time while people become more crowded, more stressed out with mental issues, more polluted, eating shitty processed foods.

This question deserves its own thread, and could fill an entire library with just the thoughts and ruminations and ramblings of just one person.

This is ultimately the question one must ask of oneself in order to live a happy, successful life (success according to one's own standards): Why am I here?

I believe I am here to experience as much as possible, and to continually GROW. Looking at all other life on earth, their reason for existing is to GROW. So should I, in all manners, but especially my soul and spirit and consciousness should grow!

Thanks, Mr. Hee-Ho for the stimulation!

“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. It's not Obama please don't be distracted. There is something here - some kind of force that's holding us down as a collective. We can't blame one man or woman. It's something far more sinister. A group of souls stifling creation and growth. We need to uncover this cabal for our spiritual evolution.

We're actually reincarnating all at the same "time" in one eternal moment, which is now. Because there is truly no such thing as time.

That's true. I'm stuck here in Chandler AZ and all I have is endless concrete. When I grew up in PA I would trounce around the forests as a happy kid with no cares in the world. We all should have no cares in the world. We all should be living in peace.

What divides us? What has made us so combatant against each other? The way we live our lives isn't natural. It's destined for failure.

I don't believe in diversity. I believe in unification. Diversity means to divide. We are all one. We should be working together toward a common goal of spiritual evolution. But that sadly is not happening on this globe of infinite resources and brilliant minds.

I pray that GOOD will succeed.

Oh yeah, 5* and a pin if it was not yet already.

A note on that: I have karma pinned threads both during normal working hours (North America time) and also on overnight hours (again N.America time) and I find there is a major difference! You get much less views and much less replies on the overnight shift, but there is a higher quality sometimes- more in depth, thoughtful responses. WAY less shills, it seems as if shills are nonexistent in overnight threads........which really lends credence to the belief that shills are paid (and would therefore be working from some cubicle-hell during typical working hours somewhere between 8am-7pm EST.)
So, good luck to you, Calx, I hope your thread gives your mind and spirit some invigoration and leads you to ponder ideas you had not considered!

What if there is no sequential time in the afterlife and reincarnation is real.
