Is this true, or just bullshit??
The Russian warships are "en route" to Syria for ages...
I heard about it for more than a year now...

Yes the Russians have had a presence there for a while but look at the kinds of ships they're sending in. Large landing craft, as in craft to land thousands of military personel to protect Russia's interests in Syria - by deadly force.
