I just red online today that rubbing the inside of a banana peel is incredble for your teeth. For whitening effects, plus it is good to saturate your teeth with the nutrients from the peels.

FYI I did this today, and it felt good. Time will tell whether this will whiten my teeth or not. Make sense though.

comfrey. one of best plants to have in your garden. it is a perennial. works like a wonder for bruises, sprains and even fractures. making a poultice of bruised comfrey leaves and applying to a sprain or fracture will heal it in a miraculously short time. very easy to grow. everyone should have this plant growing in their yard. it will spread. has pretty purple flowers in the spring.

I've been applying honey and cinnamon (as previously mentioned by others) on my psoriasis and it is clearing it up rapidly, whereas pharmaceutical lotions and steroid creams have failed miserably.

It's also great in tea and coffee! I'm addicted almost.
