I know. It's bad when it's adults, but kids are something else. Gets to where it hurts to think about it. You think of red eyed tree frogs, and know he wouldn't still be in that stage. And wonder if he is alive, would he stay that way, or be used and discarded.

Same with the little Skelton boys from Michigan. Still not found. Little one like to brag about how fast he could run.

TB - This story is local for me, Nine's caught a big part of it too. Poor kid, he is still missing. I figure the step mom killed him - but I would LOVE to be wrong.

I remember you both talking about it once, but I don't know the story. We've had several missing girls here, too. Damn, I really want to let some swear words fly. I hope you are wrong, but if your not, at least we know little one is in a place with no pain, no fear, only love.

I'm afraid keeping up with all of this is going to be very hard. I don't think we'll find rabbits down this rabbit hole.

It's been almost 3 years. No sightings, no answers. His step dad is a detective in our police department and still no answers.

I don't know if I want the answers down the rabbit hole. I like to think Oregon is a good place to live. I truly hope he is alive somewhere and has no idea what has been going on. Yes, it's a pipe dream, but I can hope.

I never even turned on the computer yesterday, busy helping daughter #2 with her moving/organizing. She shopped for two days and I tell you the girl is not a shopper!

Funny how she had no idea where to begin with organizing her own place but is such an organized person.

I think she is getting jittery about moving, wants it so bad but is afraid at the same time

There have been some recent posts on the recipe thread, a lot of hot and spicy which I am not a fan of, but a Mongolian beef that sounds interesting, and the chicken in creamy basil I posted is amazing, fattening as hell but hey you only live once.

Broke down and turned the air conditioner on when I got home from work tonight. It was 82 degrees in the house. The kids had been home after school and opened the doors and windows, didn't take long to heat the place up. They are forecasting 90 for tomorrow. It's pretty damn early to have extended warm temps here.
