Oh, SO, I have been doing some very heavy chemistry reading and there is scientific evidence that lechithin and linoleic acid would be very good for your skin. The latter is in canola oil, and if you got some lechithin granules, one tbsp per 2 oz of water, let it sit for an hour or two, stir, smells like shit but is very hydrating. Smear some of that on your face, wait a min or so and then some canola, just a few drops, and hit the bed.
Nice hydrated skin in the am. You can look to see what other oils are high in linoleic acid if you dont like the idea of canola, but I know that and cottonseed oil are high in it.
