Sad news. My daughter went to the Dr today and they do not find a heartbeat. She is going back tomorrow for a confirmation test and then if that is the case which they are pretty sure it is, they will have to schedule the procedure to remove the fetus.

She is beside herself, I haven't gotten to speak to her yet, her boyfriend called. He had met her at the dr for her regular appt. He had been going to all of them with her and they met there in their cars, so he was calling me from his truck as she was driving behind him.

He said she didn't want to talk to anyone and just wanted to go home and curl up in a ball and cry, so I am not calling her tonight.

I will call her in the morning and see if there is anything I can do. I hope that she isn't upset with me for not calling, but I want to respect her wishes and truth be told I would want to just curl up in a ball and cry too.
