Feed the hungry..heal the broken ones..give them a reason to live..NOT to torment them even MORE.

I survived a self inflicted gun shot wound through the middle of me when I was a teenager. Here is what I say to people when I council suicidal people and I have been asked to speak to them: Background (I was 16. I am 43. I grew up in an abusive home and used suicide to set me free from the mental/emotional distress. I exhibited many of the classic signs/symptoms of suicidal people for 7 months).

At the time, prior to pulling the trigger I was 100 percent certain I wanted to die. It's difficult to understand something until you live it. I could never fully understand what it is to give birth to a baby. I could only read, attend child birth classes with my spouse, watch Discovery Health but until I lived it, I would never understand it. With no understanding of death I thought I wanted it. Until the rifle went off.

Here's the problem with suicide. It's like the people that were on that cruise ship that broke down. Crappy situation all around. But, the ship made it back to port and the passengers were able to disembark and continue on with life. They hated it. Regretted it. They had the chance to go on with life. If you kill yourself, there's the moment when you leave this world to move on to the next world. There's almost no room for regret. I regretted pulling the trigger but it was too late once the bullet left. I wanted to get off the ground and leave that place but I couldn't. I realized I would never see what the next day would bring. I found reasons to live. I realized I wanted to grow up one day and be a father myself and provide a home for another child that I didn't have. This person you encountered surely had 1 joy. We all have at least 1. If you kill yourself you deny yourself the liberty to enjoy that 1 thing the next day. If you can focus on that 1 thing. Even if it's a smoke and a cup of coffee you are making a mistake if you deny yourself. The point is you live to see another day. You crawl to another day and so on. Eventually life does get better. It did for me. I was blessed with a second chance at life. It's not been easy. I have been homeless in my late twenties but again, life gets better. I lost my job in September and have been through a very rough bout of depression over this past year but, it's getting better. It always does. That's just life. Never quit on yourself.

It comes down to choice. You choose today. Suicide denies you choice, it really does. If you shoot yourself today or let go of the ledge you lose the next days liberty of choice.

I am so sad to think that this is what our world is coming to. Someone can say to a stranger that they want to kill themselves and the stranger just walks away. Wow!

I would have given the guy a ride or invited him to go for a walk. Anything... something... Just listened to him.

This is what Jesus meant when he said if someone wants you to walk a mile, go with him for two miles.

Damn! What a wasted opportunity to turn someones life around. Even if you had just given him your phone number or even TOLD someone else what he was thinking of doing. Called 911 anything!

But this doesn't explain, why when people have heavenly experiences, they don't smell sulphur, only those who experienced and sees hell.

There's many more, who experiences the exact same thing while in hell, all also smelling the exact same thing, which is sulphur, which lines up not only with the Bible that states the lake of burning sulphur, but also with findings of paranormal investigators, and exorcists, that too state demons smell like sulphur.

By the way pretty much all describe, this horrific sulfuric smell in hell. This lady, in particular mentions the fire, felt like a sulphuric burn. She heard millions screaming there in agony.

And the Bible, also states, in hell, people will be tormented with burning sulfur, and a lake of burning sulfur.

Jesus himself warned others of hell.
Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Of course only an unbeliever evidently like yourself, wouldn't believe all of Jesus's words and warnings. But rather, would choose to cherry pick verses, and formulate your own beliefs, which are more new age than christian.

One thing is certain, you have not been provided with the 'truth' - only what the various authorities and men who held power decided you should have access to.

I'm familiar with your posts... You spend a lot of time posting NDE videos that have to do with Jesus and 'hell' - while conveniently avoiding all the NDE cases that do not support the dogma that you adhere to. Your best explanation for why children would possess veridical information in the form of past live memories was that 'demons' told it to them, remember?
