Hi OP,
My question is: Why are Polish the best computer programmers? How can I learn to be as good? Every polish person I know is a genius at programming.

Cause here in Poland is one big MYTH that if you want to have good job you have to be from I.T. or similar. So we got many I.T. engineers. And it's true. Also we got some good Universitys where you can learn this.
