As someone who is "gender fluid" (meaning my gender perception/hormones/etc changes from time to time), I'm glad to see that schools are taking action for TG's...that being said, I'd really rather you stay in the bathroom dictated by your current physical self...male reproductive organs? Boys' room. Female delicates? The ladies' room. It's just good hygiene to do that.

Of course, that does present a problem for the intersex genders, as they have both sets of parts...I'd say let them choose which restroom to go to, as there's really no other option (some are more female than male, others are more male than female, so you can't group them all as closer to one basic gender or the other).

All that being said, this is a good move in my opinion - there are several more genders out there than just male and female, and yet only the two basic genders are the ones who are publicly treated as if they exist.
