Re: Pistorius - no news on "bloodied cricket bat?"
During the whole Sandy saga Doorbert took us through all of it, it was absolutely amazing due to that I have the greatest respect for his knowledge. What he posts are from facts he is getting and you will discover afterwards whether or not it is so and then you can decide for yourself. There are many others like him but are no longer on here.

The cricket bat was not used by her to defend herself and it was not used by him to beat her up, it was used to brake the door open and it could have landed in a pool of blood as it had lots of blood on it. This part is yet to be analysed by specialists in the trial.

The police said her head was crushed but it was fractured, fractured from the bullet, at first it seemed her head injury was caused from the cricket bat, but it was not.

The account is sketchy and the basics was required to come to the fore in order to determine whether or not bail can be granted.

I heard that bail was granted this afternoon.

He needs to serve a lot of jail time for killing a beautiful woman. They're like an endangered species.

I was wondering this as well. I also heard something about how he was meant to have had his legs of but the trajectory of the bullets suggest he was standing over her. Personally I think he flew of the handle and killed her, not buying the intruder story for a second.

As for DB, how you feel about his posts will very much determine where you stand on the issues. Most of what is posted is 'true' in so far as it's in the papers and news-media, but often only tells one side of the story. Got to say though, the guy must be a total news-junkie but is defiantly an asset to the site.

If she has locked herself in there it suggests she is trying to hide or at least distance herself from him. I know SA above said the blood got on the bat after she was killed but I have a feeling he went mental, attacked her, she managed to fend him off with the bat, so it's his blood, he lost it an killed her. Lots of stories coming out about testosterone being found in his place.

I really thought he was not going to get bail but I don't know these laws, logic tells me it is big no no.
