The timing of Isaiah 10:12 is the end times, The punishment of the end time antichrist.

Micah 5:1-5 talks about Jesus. Then in verse 5 it talks about Jesus giving us Peace from the assyrian. It is clearly talking about the antichrist in the temple of GOD during the tribulation.
