These are small, but encouraging battles. The real fight is going to be fought at the Federal Level. Getting the Supreme Court to uphold the constitution of the US unless and until the states decide to change it by the votes required or a constitutional convention. But will the courts uphold the second amendment? I think the Supreme Court will. But who knows?
