A question about gun laws in America.
I know it says that everyone has the right to bear arms, but where does it say there cannot be laws on where you can and cannot use the weapons?

The Constitution does NOT SAY "unrestricted" right to bear arms.

The Constitution does not grant rights to the people.

It protects the peoples rights from federal gov infringement.

'the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.'

Re: A question about gun laws in America.
It can and should be argued that ANY federal gov law pertaining to military arms of any kind is unconstitutional.
