There are also audio books that can be helpful. It's basically like being "hypnotized" except that you can do it all by yourself. That's actually how I started doing self-regression. After a while, it will become almost like second nature, and you won't need the assistance of the audio anymore. But again I wouldn't recommend doing this as a first time regression...
