Past-life regression? | |
AwakeDreamer User ID: 32008295 United States 02/24/2013 03:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You don't need actual hypnosis, just a guided meditation to get into a deeply relaxed (but still fully conscious) state. Important to find a gentle soul who knows what they're doing to help you navigate thru sensitive emotional territory. It's wonderful for when you have an issue that really bothers you - such as my complex and maddeningly difficult relationship with my mother. You can ask your deep self about the cause and it will select a life or lives that will give some answers. Be prepared for anything - you never know where you will land! Might be a good idea to record or have someone take notes; but you do remember a lot, it makes an impression. Don't drive right after - there is some residual disorientation that wears off in about an hour. Hopefully you can take a nap, or have a friend or relative drive. A book I read a long time ago - You Were Born Again to Be Together (sorry can't remember author) was very helpful. Good luck! And thanks for this topic. Quoting: Lisa*Lisa Guess what we saw? NOTHING. Not a darn thing.......total blank. Nothing was there. Well, as I see it, the depth of your blindness and stupidity may very well indicate that this is your first life; that you have never lived before this life. After all, it must happen every once in awhile. Michael I second that notion. "I am alive, I'm just playing dead." |

I found a hypnotherapist that does PLR an hour away from me and have emailed her to find out how much it is. And I'm also researching hypnotherapy training, but I'm not doing anything with that until I have a PLR. Quoting: Kristina what's the cost? if you don't mind...that is The initial hypnotherapy session is $60 for 45 minutes and then the PLR, which is a few hours, is $100. Thanks! OP if you interested in this subject you should check out the book Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss... That is if you haven't already read it. Quoting: ANHEDONIC Thanks, but I already own it and have read it. LOL Figured, hehe. mustn't forget Dr. Michael Newtons work! |

This book to me was less airy and romantic than Brian Weiss's work, and went deeper and more convincingly into using apparent past lives to truly solve deep psychological issues. He has a much more masterful view of the soul, I'd say. Several case studies are offered. He has since written another book: Healing Your Past Lives: Exploring the Many Lives of the Soul. |

(You block me from responding to your witless, fantasy land threads because "you can't handle the Truth".) But I will say this. This Satanic 'truth' that you believe is precisely what is pushing this civilization into horrors beyond your worst nightmares (and out of which there will be no escape by means of any 'Rapture'). The motivation for Armageddon is the theological lies and errors of the monotheistic religious 'authorities'. It is made possible by the 'marriage' of those demonic motivations and 'justifications' with the demonic technologies of genocide. So, when it happens, you should be happy that you are one of the people who caused it. Michael Right on! Reincarnation IS TRUE. Sorry. |
Life is an amusement park User ID: 29747886 United States 02/27/2013 10:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My therapist recorded the entire session and we covered a lot of ground. I also did a future life which turned out to be quiet interesting. The whole reason for doing this was to get a better grasp on what I'm supposed to be doing in this life, and I got plenty of information in that department. Although I can now recall my past lives they're about as exciting as recalling classes that I took in high school. I've graduated from those lives and I'm here now in this class learning something more advanced. I get it now. Life in 3D is nothing more than a huge amusement park, each life being a different kind of ride. |

I think it was reading Dr. Michael Newton's book that gave him the nudge. He has now studied regression therapy with some of the big names in the business and now travels all over doing hypnotherapy and makes a good living. I was one of his first clients and he gives my session a lot of credit for helping him made the decision to go ahead and change professions. |

I used to be...lets say anxious....or fucking mental, crying/jumping out of the chair...when needing to go for even a checkup. I was cured by the time the work was finished (4 sessions) and now enjoy going to the dentist. Whatever he did worked. Learn it....when done well...it is so useful to mankind. |
Lady Bathory User ID: 17960 United States 02/28/2013 01:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The past life session that I did with the hypnotherapist lasted 4.5 hours yet seemed like just an hour. It was way cool. I got to meet my spirit group, these entities that I reincarnate with over and over. That feeling of acceptance, love and such a deep friendship made it all worth the effort. I came to know the dynamics of reincarnation and the importance of the gift of life. I also went back into my past lives and experience some of the events that I lived through as other human beings. I experienced only a little of each life but entire experience left me emotionally and physically exhausted, like a very bad case of jet lag, and it took a week for me to physically recover. Have you met any of them in real life yet? That is possible too. ;) The most interesting thing that I learned is that we are multidimensional beings. When I met my spirit family I noticed that some were not as luminous as others and I realized in that moment that we do not get our entire soul when we return, and that to receive our complete soul would overwhelm the human body leaving it useless. As humans, in times of dire stress we can received more of our soul. An infusion that some call a God shot, a spiritual awakening, and I'm sure there are other names for the ability as humans to have a psychic change, and recover. So the answer is "yes", we are literally in two places at one time. We are here, but we are there, but then here is there... :=] |

We're all co-creators in this reality and giving our power over to others, or allowing religious leaders to preach fear and hate brings so much negative energy into the melange that it overwhelms people of weaker spiritual substance. Try to see through the lies, look everywhere for the truth and it shall reveal it to you again and again. For me, it required the exploration of past lives. For many of you it may meditation or some other part. |

I found that I died uselessly in a war as a young man. Another I was saddened at finding I killed villagers with a sword, seemed like being similar to a roman soldier. Another which was calm, I saw myself as an old woman and i am a man. She was black and old, calmly going into the jungle to die, it was her time. |

I can still be somewhat gullible, so I guess that I have some lives to experience. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29747886 This could be one reason some people are more "gifted" than others...
