NEWTOWN: Remember the ATTORNEY who tried to SUE the state of CT after SANDY HOOK event?!?!?
Remember the guy who filed a petition to sue the state of Connecticut after the Sandy Hook Elementary School event?

Remember how he actually never sued the state, he filed a petition to be able to sue the State of Connecticut, Newtown Board of Ed., etc.....Remember who he filed the petition to? That's right, State Commissioner J. Paul Vance.
Name ring a bell? It should!
YES, the State Commissioner is the SON of THAT Lt. Paul Vance, the CT State Trooper Spokesperson. (The one who threatened anyone questioning the "official" story coming from "these microphones.")

[link to www.ctpost.com]

Well, I am sure you remember, he withdrew that petition. (Suspicious in its own right....in this litigation-happy society, where NOTHING is sacred, you would rightly expect dozens, perhaps hundreds of lawsuits....especially from the families of supposedly murdered children....right?)

Well, I happened to come across the most ridiculously pathetic thing earlier this evening!

Check out this loser's lawyer-mobile! pinsky22pinsky1

SO pathetic! It is almost as if it is a joke. His van is parked in front of the New Haven County jailhouse.

Is this guy actually an attorney, or is he some loser who would have easily been paid off to withdraw his suit? If he did sue, that would give him access to TONS of evidence, which could have presented a MAJOR problem for the players in the Sandy Hook event. Take another look at this loser's advertising/company car/daily driver/(and perhaps living quarters) and ask yourself this: If this man was offered $100,000 to go away and never question the Sandy Hook event EVER again, do you think he would take that money?

Re: NEWTOWN: Remember the ATTORNEY who tried to SUE the state of CT after SANDY HOOK event?!?!?
It might be a little hard to make out in the nighttime photos taken from a cameraphone across the street....but he has an L.E.D. banner mounted on the top of that beat up p.o.s. van, which reads off "Pinsky Law" and "Legal Referrals" in a pinkish hue of red.
There are also his contact phone numbers and name in faded, tattered press-on vinyl lettering on the side of the van.

Of course, the guy does not even have a website, in this year 2013.

But nothing fishy going on here at all.....right?

Best thing I've seen all day. The lawyer drives a rape van and probably helped kidnap those kids and send them off to a pedophile group.

From the Dec. 31, 2012 CTPOST.com article cited in the original post (bold emphasis added):

Just days after filing a $100 million lawsuit claiming the state failed to adequately protect the students at Sandy Hook Elementary School, a New Haven lawyer has withdrawn it.
But that doesn't preclude a future filing, Irving Pinsky said.
"I received new evidence on security at the school, which I need to evaluate," Pinsky said Monday.
Once that happens, Pinsky said he may re-submit the paperwork to J. Paul Vance Jr., who as the state's claims commissioner has the authority to determine if a claim is justified and requires hearings. Vance must approve any claim before a state agency can be sued.
Vance is the son of Connecticut State Police Lt. J. Paul Vance, the state police spokesman assigned to the Dec. 14 Sandy Hook school massacre investigation.

Now this is priceless! I wonder if Pinsky and Rosen are good buddies? So, was this to set a legal precedent of some sort or just as a general distraction to make people think someone was actually unhappy about the performance of the school and police in protecting their child?
I can't imagine 19 sets of parents loosing their child and all they can think of is getting some kind of new gun laws passed to assuage their grief. That and getting all kinds of donations to ease their pain. Maybe they can buy some real tears with that money since they seem to be fresh out in Newtown.

I know that model of van... It's called the Chevy Ambulance Chaser. That thing pumps out enough ponies that he can do circles around an ambulance all the way to the hospital while filing a lawsuit all at the same time.

Re: NEWTOWN: Remember the ATTORNEY who tried to SUE the state of CT after SANDY HOOK event?!?!?
Notice how quickly Pinsky got in there and how immediately, and loudly, he made a scene.

Notice how swiftly major news outlets ran pieces on "evil lawyers preying on Sandy Hook families."

What genuine lawyer, after that media blitz, wants to risk ruining a hard-won reputation? What future clients would hire "one of those greedy Sandy Hook lawyers?" Not many, in either case.

Any time someone is injured on someone else's property or in someone else's care--let alone when someone is killed--a lawsuit is within the realm of possibility. The powers that be swiftly moved to discourage lawyers in exactly the same way as they swiftly moved to discourage truth seekers: by getting national media to loudly declare them "bad people."

Classic first step in any US-based coverup.

Notice who they pounced on first: while a truth movement is not guaranteed, a lawyer movement certainly is. They had to discourage the lawyers first, so two weeks after Sandy Hook, Pinsky appears just in time to be loudly decried:

[link to articles.cnn.com]

My guess is that ANOTHER lawyer, a high-powered one, was considering a genuine suit or even class-action; Pinsky was no doubt hired to be made an example of and send a message to real lawyers. It will be interesting to look at start dates on any future lawsuits that emerge; my guess is that the dates will predate anything Pinsky allegedly filed.

Now the powers had to wait and see if any viable truth movement sprang up--which it did. So CNN (Anderson Cooper) blasted the truth movement on Jan 11:
