If you are a handsome boy or beautiful girl can you imagine what pleasure someone of the opposite sex, that is not so physically blessed, feels if you were to say hello, give a smile or blow a kiss???????
And if you were to do that. Can you imagine the warmth and pleasure you would receive by doing something sooooo easy and innocuous???
Bless you.

I have a PO Box.

Sometimes when I pick up my mail after hours,
someone is there looking for a stamp [there are
no stamp machines] so I will give them one free.
My good deed for that day.

Everybody will have their bodies changed to mimic the beauty of their hearts. Why are so many Linda's fat? When Linda in spanish means beautiful!
Read and understand the Bible, and the meek will inherit the earth and the ugly beautiful etc.
My advice to your all is GUE.
What is GUE? Go Ugly Early, and you will get the surprise of your life. Didn't you see the Gwnneth Paltrow film? That was 'HIS' clue to all of us.

Re: Do a random act of kindness to a stranger today
people only want you to be kind to them if they think you have equal or superior status.

Women don't really want anything from you if you are a loser, or if you are ugly, or they percieve you as low status, they don't want you to be nice to them. They will just think you want something in return from them.

Almost anytime anyone ever does anything nice for a stranger, they are almost always up to something. The only people I EVER see anymore, that say hi or are friendly in anyways, is if they are being paid to.

I can hardly imagine what America will be like, without the devil paying them to be happy and be nice, or drugging them up to be undepressed.

In the coming times, all desires will be satisfied.
Your dreams and thoughts will be your future realities.
Do not be embarrassed because actually it will not be them responding to you; it will be 'HIM'; using them as a vehicle. We currently have little or no freewill but that will return when we enter the new age because we will all have evolved perfected souls. The rest of our 'locked' away DNA will then be released and you will all find out just how wonderful, no extraordinary, you are.

Evil backwards is live.
Devil backwards is lived.
Yes, it has been 'hell on earth' but that has now finished.
There was no devil for it was 'HIM' in disguise.
Everything was always perfect, is perfect and will be perfect and you will soon become aware of that. If you do not feel it is perfect then analyse the reflection of yourself and then smile and laugh at 'HIS' genius, and then move on.
Look for 'HIS' clues and messages when you wash up or clean the floor or do the tasks that you feel that you do not like. Then, like me, you will be wanting to do those jobs all the time!

Something else I do... when I am in a store,
I try to give away valuable coupons I have
for that store. I say "try" because some
people will refuse them. But most people
are appreciative.

Recently I was at an auto supply store and
tried to give away a $5 off purchase price
coupon to a shopper who refused it. Then,
I offered it to a young man checking out.
He was very thankful... and $5 richer.

Wal-Mart will honor competitor ad prices.

I get tons of different supermarket ads in the mail
and save a lot of money by using them at Wal-Mart.

When I leave Wal-Mart, I *used* to try to give the ads
to someone else entering Wal-Mart... but so many people
look at you funny and refused them, I've given up and
now just trash them.

This is actually interesting. I've seen the commercials where Walmart will say they will match the lowest price of a competitor. Specifically which stores have cheaper items?

i am not good at random acts of kindness to strangers, it seems..being friendly, holding doors open and stuff are "usual" habits for me, so this does not count.
as i don´t eat out and have a really limited budget myself atm, i can´t pay for the person in line behind me.
but i just scheduled another act of kindness for a friend of my family next week. hope this counts as well ;)

Here in Dallas, supermarkets are very competative
and many have weekly ads with "loss leader" items
priced even below cost just to get business.

Many of the Hispanic-oriented supermarkets have
some of the best deals.

Anyhoo... take their current ads to Wal-Mart
and Wal-Mart will match the prices.

Re: Do a random act of kindness to a stranger today
First of all, thank you OP for this thread! It provides me with much hope and positive inspiration.

I just now did a good deed actually, this thread is very timely, which is no coincidence... I saw a homeless person sleeping in a hidden spot downtown... I left a Tim Horton's food gift card for them to find when they wake up. I hope this will lift their spirits when they find it! It's not really about the food...it's about how I can make them feel better. Soul food, if you will.

I wanted to comment on a few things said by other posters. Someone else said "It's not about beating someone else's good deed or who is more giving, its all about doing something you love to do." I agree exactly. Myself, I know that I love to help others, and to be kind to others when I can. So I am grateful that I had a chance to do this today, in the smallest of ways.

Someone else said that when you speak of a good deed, it negates the good effect. Maybe, I don't really think so. Because even if you are doing it for purely "ego selfish" reasons...well, you still did a good deed, didn't you? :) And I also think that you can "amplify" your good deed by inspiring others to do likewise. Which is why I am posting on this thread, anonymously, to tell the story...I probably wouldn't have said anything about it otherwise however, in this case, as a personal choice. But I hope this thread and my story added to it inspires people to do even the smallest of good deeds, and to add them to the discussion. It makes me feel great reading about the other big and small things that people have done.

Thank you.
