so there is this stray cat. it's starving. i feed it, now everyday.
my neighbor, who is mostly a bastard, brings me over a bag of cat food to help out the situation. he says at least it is something he can do. i said thank you. we had a little peace.

I just did my random act of kindness. Bought some struggling actress 10,000 twitter followers lol - her reaction was worth it. I don't even know her, complete stranger. Cute though.

if it counts as random act of kindness to a dead stranger,
me and some other fellow glpers tried to bring light in this strange Elisa Lam case all night and still try to figure it out.

This post stayed with me all day yesterday. so I went out with some friends last night. Saw a girl in the bathroom who said she'd been having back problems but had no insurance. I have her options of what she could do to qualify for an insurance program that would offer her an MRI scan that she truly needs.
Right about that time another girl walks in who just happened to be in the medical field. Amazing how opportunity presents itself. If you want to call it opportunity that is. To me, that's a higher power working with others trying to help those who need it. Anyway, we have her hope and the best advice from both the medical field and the insurance field all in a tiny little bar bathroom.
Then I see her at the bar with her friend. They didn't drink much at all because they couldn't really afford it. Her friend forgot her credit card so the girl went to her car to get a credit card. I paid their tab. It was small but at least they didn't have to worry about the tab or the tip.

Kindness is one of those things people seem to forget. Where ever you live many people have become.. selfish hallow shells.
Very sad indeed. Holding doors open for anybody, giving bags cans to homeless people, and Simple "how are you doing todays"
Are all things that just come natural to me. I live in a city torn by violence and stealing. One person at a time can make a Ripple effect, Iv noticed since living here more and mroe people are having small acts of kindness! Murder is even down! from 7 this time last year to only 3 this year. I like to think I had a hand in it.. But it all comes down to the city as a whole!

I have just done a random act. I went from the internet and saw outside a presentable young man that looked cold and lost. I asked him if he was OK and he said that he was homeless. I gave him some money on the condition that he told me his first name. It was Andrew. He was wonderful. He said that he lost his mother recently and prayed at the church a lot and that his old family were a very important Scottish clan. He was joined by a friend of his; his name was the same as mine, Stephen, that means 'crowned'. If you understand the meaning of your names then you understand yourselves, at this time, and both Andrew and Stephen will be very important very soon when the changes happen. They went off very happy and not to spend it on drink because I gave them real hope and a future to look forward to.
I next saw them talking to and HELPING a crippled boy, a friend of theirs, whose name was Alan!!!
Please open your eyes and forget the past. Since Valentine's Day the world has changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't it funny that I cannot write 'you is'. The reason for that is because 'HE' is always with you and therefore you are in plural except when you are in the 'I AM' state!!!

you call that an act of kindness? you should be doing that to everyone anyway. Try an actual act of kindness like carrying her bags to the car or helping a blind person cross a road.

this homeless lady asked me to buy her a cup of coffee outside of a store, i gave her 4 dollars for one. While she was outside still panhandling I walked out the store with a coffee and gave it to her :D

it was sunday Raining in Vancouver... grey...
Old Chinese man 80's fell on road yesterday...
All in greys... only saw him because of the flash of his umbrella... liner. I was the in far lane not close...
He was on his back and couldn't get up... laying across lanes... hit brakes...
ran in front of lady driving who didn't see him...
I was in front of her before I saw her...

not really sure how she got around me... only saw the old guy about to get his legs creamed...
...must have though the old grey pot smoking hippie had a death wish... my mercades sideways in the middle of road.. ohh welll....

her car missed him..and i think maybee i was likely really lucky she swerved... cause I didn't see her knowingly... the old guy was for dam sure...

started helping him get up off the road, couldn't quite get him up,... and a young East Indian kid ...don't know where he came from but his car was sideways to.. grabbed the old guys other arm and helped me get him get up and off the street, that was way to cool...a Kid that cared....
Niether the kid, or nor I understood a word of Chinese the old man said but...
It was great to see the look on the old guys face when we both turned down the $100.00 cash he offered each off us...

got him in a cab and he went home...
hadn't broke anything... just old...
and a story to tell his friends.. about a crazy long hair White guy, and an East Indian kid...

felt great... and made my otherwise shitty day great..

... did I tell you... what a mess me and the kid made of traffic... on a really busy main cross street... that to felt great....

He was old and needed help... and it doesn't matter who he was... as it should be. Still don't know what to think about it... I could have gotten really mashed now that I look at it... if she hadn't seen me... yikes... interesting now that I think about it...

anyway... the old man I could help...

... and shit nice to know I can still move that fucking fast at 54...wow... really shocked myself... maybe still

Kindness should always be deliberate and never random.
