Pretoria, South Africa (CNN) -- A magistrate granted bail Friday to Oscar Pistorius, citing a number of problems with the police investigation into the death of the Olympic sprinter's girlfriend. "I come to the conclusion that the accused has made a case to be released on bail," said Chief Magistrate Desmond Nair, eliciting a celebratory cry of "Yes!" from the courtroom. Nair said the former chief investigator in the case, Hilton Botha, had made "several errors and concessions" during his testimony. Specifics of Pistorius' release have not yet been announced. He has no legs where can he go? Might as well get his money into the system. Just confiscate his blade runners and he wont be going anywhere to fast. South africa is not like most countries. If he leaves the country he will stand out like a bad habit. I mean hell be the only while man in those countries around SA. They will be watching to make sure he does not get on a plane. Hes pretty much stuck witting on a wheelchait waiting to be hung.
