This was the fiscal cliff stuff that was signed into action. So someday the mentally ill checks will stop as well as marriage tax benefits. |

Still....it's not true cost cutting.  BASELINE BUDGETING cuts only the RATE OF INCREASE. Basically it brings percentages back to where they were in 2011. Big effing deal.
