So i keep getting letters in the mail about a structured settlement that i do not have. The letters say call us to settle it basically, and that the information they have is gathered on public data. however everytime i try to search this i get nothing. nothing on my name, nothing on mistakenly identified structured settlement. I even call and the people say you would know if you have one. then i tried to be sneaky and ask where they collected this from and the only say public records.....


anyone know what this is, or has anyone had this happen before???

how do i stop the letters!! its a new company every day.
