The FBI deals with mail fraud. They can check it out for you.

You probably have the same first and last name as someone else who does have a settlement income.

The companies just send out thousands of letters on the remote chance that you might be the one.

By the way, it is the Office of the Postal Inspector that deals with mail fraud.

Have you googled the phone numbers, addresses of the company the letters have come from?

yes, and they are all seemingly legit companys.

copyrights, accredited, BBB ratings....

seems pretty legit

Yea but it is mailed to my address....

and gathered from public info... so i find it hard to believe that it is my name that causes this "scam" or whatever it may be

i do have a common name but they are using my middle initial in some of these, which is crazy cus i only use that only my official stuff like school, DL, FOID card, Passport and the like
