Nordic people do not have skin that "shuns" the sun. In fact most Nordics can tan quite well. That being said it is clear that people of Northern European descent do need to cover up when in the sun. It is possible for the Nordic people of Northern Europe to be sensitive to the sun because their environment is such that there is a lot of cloud cover and they could have evolved that way.

All that being said I do think there is something to aliens being white people who needed to cover their heads and use make-up to shield their eyes from the sun. The ancient Egyptians who built the pyramids were white people who needed to where head coverings like the Khat and Nemes headdress. It is clear that the ancient Egyptians were white because they used black Khol as eye makup and blue pigment on the eyelids. Both of these items would not have shown up on black Africans. THe black skin of the sub-Saharan African prevents sunburn and the kinky and wooly hair keeps the sweat from their eyes. They never created such headdresses for protection in Sub-Saharan culture and never wore make-up. This is a white invention to protect themselves from the sun.

It is true that white people actually absorb the sunlight in a more efficient and superior way compared to the Negroid's black skin. This is one reason that white people do not need to have extra vitamin D like blacks do. If blacks lived in the warmer climate with plenty of sun then they would be able to get adequate vitamin D. In any type of environment where there is substantial cloud cover they will be difficient in their vitamin D. It is unhealthy for blacks to live in northern climates. Whites can also absorb vitamin D through milk and fish better than blacks can. Most blacks are lactose intolerant.
