I hate to defend the guy, but what he says is that there are two opposing views: One view that water should be free for all, and one that water should be treated as food with a market value. Nowhere does he say that water is not a human right.

Look what they've done with public health care, security, transport, electricity, and on.. and they sell it as a good thing... People forget that the little taxpayer has payed for their public services and now these service have been pawned by our elected Corporate Spokespeople to their Bosses, who will tax us twice for BMW's and Moet...fun times. Have you even read what I wrote?
