Subject What's causing my weight gain? Which nutrient am I missing?

Everyday I eat 24 or more eggs. 70 calories per eggs. 70x20 = 1400 calories. 4x70 = 280 calories. 1680 calories total.

I don't gain weight from eating eggs that's for sure. I don't even feel full/fat from eating eggs I sure still have more room to pack in more fat for my early heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, and death.

I only start feeling fat/full after eating a few green vegetables, such as broccoli, green pepper, celery, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and spinach.

all of the above is pretty much less than 400 calories. 2100 calories a day max. I am a teenager, so 2100 is weight loss calories, yet I am gaining 2 pounds a day on average. It is not from the eggs I don't notice the weight gain from the days I only eat eggs.

Has to be the vegetables. I don't eat anything else other than eggs and green vegetables. No fruits, no grains, no dairy, no meat, no starchy vegetables. Just eggs and green vegetables.

I dare you to find one nutrient I am missing.

Eggs have COMPLETE protein, eggs have b12 vitamins.

Vegetables have other vitamins and minerals.

All the nutrients are fulfilled to some degree or other from the two above types of food.
Fat from eggs.
Carbohydrates from vegetables.
Complete proteins in perfect portions from eggs.
Vitamins from both vegetables and eggs.
Minerals from vegetables.
Calories from eggs.

I boil my eggs, with salt added. Yummy.

Make bets on how long it'll take for the salt and cholesterol combo bomb to kill me.
