DIDN'T read it all, BUT from the first statements, I don't hear you saying anything about some bread WITH all those eggs, biscuits, etc.

Excess starch IS turned into FAT, as the body ALWAYS stores for the future, thinking all the 'good times' may stop, and the 'lean' cometh !

Your maybe leaving out the sodas with 10-12 spoonfuls of sugar in each can, too 'wash it down', lol.

Re: What's causing my weight gain? Which nutrient am I missing?
ask your kidney how she thinks about 24 eggs a day.
kidney failure = weight gain due to water storage.
 Quoting: phoenixe

Salt causes water storage, not kidney failure. water storage is harmless, it's JUST water.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

wrong.. btw, a weak heart causes water storage, too.
you asked about weight gain.
water storage is one possible answer.
if you do not workout with heavy weights and gain much muscle mass, i would recommend see a doctor and have a check-up.
if you eat completely salt-less, you maybe are missing elecrolytes, too. this can result in failures/malfunctioning organs and therefore water storage/weight gain, too.
 Quoting: phoenixe

I made it clear that I do not eat salt less. I made it clear I included salt on my wonderful boiled eggs.

I doubt that my organs are failing. salt itself causes water gain, I have no other symptoms other than conspitation.

Re: What's causing my weight gain? Which nutrient am I missing?
Everyday I eat 24 or more eggs. 70 calories per eggs. 70x20 = 1400 calories. 4x70 = 280 calories. 1680 calories total.

I don't gain weight from eating eggs that's for sure. I don't even feel full/fat from eating eggs I sure still have more room to pack in more fat for my early heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, and death.

I only start feeling fat/full after eating a few green vegetables, such as broccoli, green pepper, celery, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and spinach.

all of the above is pretty much less than 400 calories. 2100 calories a day max. I am a teenager, so 2100 is weight loss calories, yet I am gaining 2 pounds a day on average. It is not from the eggs I don't notice the weight gain from the days I only eat eggs.

Has to be the vegetables. I don't eat anything else other than eggs and green vegetables. No fruits, no grains, no dairy, no meat, no starchy vegetables. Just eggs and green vegetables.

I dare you to find one nutrient I am missing.

Eggs have COMPLETE protein, eggs have b12 vitamins.

Vegetables have other vitamins and minerals.

All the nutrients are fulfilled to some degree or other from the two above types of food.
Fat from eggs.
Carbohydrates from vegetables.
Complete proteins in perfect portions from eggs.
Vitamins from both vegetables and eggs.
Minerals from vegetables.
Calories from eggs.

I boil my eggs, with salt added. Yummy.

Make bets on how long it'll take for the salt and cholesterol combo bomb to kill me.

Based on your irrationally strong reaction, I can only assume you sell eggs for a living. But the truth is that this is neither proved nor disproved.. See here:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Secondly, to the OP, why do you feel a need to stuff your stomach until you feel full? Doing this only increases your stomach size making you need more to stuff it making you stuff it more making it increase making..

Eat less, and your stomach will need less to be "full".

This is a question of strength of will power, of course

Ever since I eliminated sugar from my diet I can't bear hunger.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

add some good sugars.
fruit-also good for fibre(pooing aid)in your case prunes too.
have some arganic or manuka honey for when you gett low blood sugar or cravings-have a teaspoon.

Try getting some aloe vera juice-good for intestines bowels and fibre(constipation)

drink more fluids too but maybe have a day off the eggs and eat heaps of high fibre fruits/veg etc to flush your system out and get things going again.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34968137

I refuse to include any sugar in my diet except from green vegetables.
Have you ever seen a celery stick? Those strings in there are fiber, there are masses of fiber in vegetables in general too.

I do not have sugar cravings, or low blood sugar, my blood sugar is completely normal, due to the absence of sugar in diet the body creates and regulate it's own supply of sugars from fatty acids.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

that feeling of not being able to bear hunger since you dropped sugar-is the first part of low blood sugar-the next would be feeling ill/nauseous or even faint.Your body needs some sugars.natural ones.

Also i agree with the other poster-youre not getting anywhere near the amount of things you need from a few veg and a heap of eggs.

also the RDA for vitamins/minerals etc is actually way lower than what we truly need-Youd have to eat a tonne of vegetables meet daily requirements.

and lastyly if you cant poo you need fibre and to lay off anything binding you up(like 2dozen eggs a day) and till you clean whats clogging you up out.

Get some sloe vera juice.

Youre way ahead of others your age for knowing your food stuff-but not that good. Its not a balanced diet and apart from it being cheap for you to eat like this, you havent stated why your doing this.

Based on a daily diet of 24 eggs, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of ice berg lettuce, and 1 cup of green peppers, you are deficient in the following nutrients:

Calcium
Magnesium
Manganese
Niacin
Potassium
Thiamin

60% of the 1,856 calories you eat a day is made up of fat. You need to re-evaluate this diet plan, because it's obviously not working for you.

I have asked before for you to provide a link to a tracking site. A good one.

What is the binding chemical in eggs? I understand cheese, but, eggs!?

Why I am doing this has been answered already. Eggs are to fill up hunger and get protein, vegetables are to get other nutrients. I am experimenting with different foods to see which one is the best. I am convinced sugar is awful for you through various links I have read, even natural ones.

with the 3 stalks of celery you're still deficient in calcium, althouth you're good on niacin.

However, these are based on my nutritional needs and I'm a 5'3" 110 pound female, so your nutritional needs, being a male and much larger than me are probably higher. So you're still deficient.

Oh and I did include 1 cup of sliced cucumbers in the initial calculations, I just didn't list them here.

You have to realize these vegetables (celery, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce) are mostly water, so the nutritional benefit you're getting from them is very negligable.
