Try cutting down from 24 eggs to one egg. Replace other eggs with whole grains, vegetables and meat or fish.

that feeling of not being able to bear hunger since you dropped sugar-is the first part of low blood sugar-the next would be feeling ill/nauseous or even faint.Your body needs some sugars.natural ones.

Also i agree with the other poster-youre not getting anywhere near the amount of things you need from a few veg and a heap of eggs.

also the RDA for vitamins/minerals etc is actually way lower than what we truly need-Youd have to eat a tonne of vegetables meet daily requirements.

and lastyly if you cant poo you need fibre and to lay off anything binding you up(like 2dozen eggs a day) and till you clean whats clogging you up out.

Get some sloe vera juice.

Youre way ahead of others your age for knowing your food stuff-but not that good. Its not a balanced diet and apart from it being cheap for you to eat like this, you havent stated why your doing this.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34968137

I attend school, I don't eat breakfast, or lunch, when I get home I am shockingly...hungry. I am VERY hungry by then. I never fainted, felt nauseous, or light headed. I feel the best in my life, overflowing with energy, healthy etc.

I have asked before for you to provide a link to a tracking site. A good one.

What is the binding chemical in eggs? I understand cheese, but, eggs!?

Why I am doing this has been answered already. Eggs are to fill up hunger and get protein, vegetables are to get other nutrients. I am experimenting with different foods to see which one is the best. I am convinced sugar is awful for you through various links I have read, even natural ones.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17837699

too much sugar is bad-especially processed sugars-white sugar being the worst-but natural sugars in small amounts are not-from fruit, organic honey and maple syrup are the only few id bother with-some people use agave and stevia etc but i dont even eat that many sweet things to buy it.

not to mention if you have a little manuka honey it has many other health benefits that outweigh the small amount of sugar your having.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34968137

I'm willing to believe that honey has health benefits, but I didn't see anything about syrup. No need to eat fruits, vegetables are more nutrient dense, much more, for less sugar too!

Root vegetables are starchy, others are higher in sugar content.

red peppers? tomatoes?purple cabbage?
sweet potatoes are a good starch and carrots- both have good sugars and vitamin A in carrots which you need.

Maybe you should look at some different diets too.

No to red pepper and tomatoes, I never looked up carb content of red cabbage.

Re: What's causing my weight gain? Which nutrient am I missing?
with the 3 stalks of celery you're still deficient in calcium, althouth you're good on niacin.

However, these are based on my nutritional needs and I'm a 5'3" 110 pound female, so your nutritional needs, being a male and much larger than me are probably higher. So you're still deficient.

Like said. Go set up a free account at fitday.com. Track your intake. I think you'll be surprised.

And again, WHY are you avoiding other foods??

Because carbohydrates are harmful, and meat causes cancer due to it's acidic nature.

And you don't think the 151 grams of protein from eggs and little to no fiber ISN'T also causing a bit of strain on your digestive system?

And no, not all carbohydrates are harmful. The TYPE of carbohyrdate is improtant. Your brain is an obligate glucose user. It needs carbohydrates to function. In your case I'd say its getting them from a process that involves taking gluconeogenic amino acids and converting them to a form of glucose that can be used by the brain, which is a much more labor intentsive process than just eating a damn apple.

add some good sugars.
fruit-also good for fibre(pooing aid)in your case prunes too.
have some arganic or manuka honey for when you gett low blood sugar or cravings-have a teaspoon.

Try getting some aloe vera juice-good for intestines bowels and fibre(constipation)

drink more fluids too but maybe have a day off the eggs and eat heaps of high fibre fruits/veg etc to flush your system out and get things going again.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34968137

I refuse to include any sugar in my diet except from green vegetables.
Have you ever seen a celery stick? Those strings in there are fiber, there are masses of fiber in vegetables in general too.

I do not have sugar cravings, or low blood sugar, my blood sugar is completely normal, due to the absence of sugar in diet the body creates and regulate it's own supply of sugars from fatty acids.

If you absolutely must eat that many eggs eat them for breakfast and lunch too. At least, don't skip those meals. Starving yourself all day sends your body into starvation mode and all of those calories go directly into fat storage. Also, you should eat more in the morning rather than the evening. You are burning more calories during the day than night, so obviously if you are taking in 1400-2000 calories between 3-6pm, and then going to bed a few hours later, you have no time to burn those calories.

You should also think about tricking your body with a day of heavy carbs and then back to protein. Its called carb cycling. Your body is getting used to all the protein and going into starvation mode. You do need carbs to build muscle and function. You cant do anything 100% because your body adapts.
