Muslce mass and even gaining weight in a fat sense doesnt happen the day day or even the day after you eat something. seriously though, you need a more balanced diet-im surprised you can poo eating all those eggs. |

I was surprised I could poop after eating a pound of cheese every day. I don't exercise, it can't be muscle mass. I am not growing much anymore I suppose. But still 2100 calories is too low to be gaining 2 pounds every day. What's wrong with my diet? I am getting ALL the nutrients. |
