DIDN'T read it all, BUT from the first statements, I don't hear you saying anything about some bread WITH all those eggs, biscuits, etc.

Excess starch IS turned into FAT, as the body ALWAYS stores for the future, thinking all the 'good times' may stop, and the 'lean' cometh !

Your maybe leaving out the sodas with 10-12 spoonfuls of sugar in each can, too 'wash it down', lol.
