When I'm sober all I want to do is get drunk. When I'm drunk, I want to give up smoking, drinking, I want to start working out again and get back in shape, want to go out and meet a nice girl, go back to college and finish up so I can get a better job. All these positive things. But I just end up just passing out, waking up sober and wanting to do nothing but getting drunk again. the fuck is wrong with me

I'm obviously a better person drunk than I am sober, might as well keep drinking all the days

Because the pain that your sober reality brings you is temporarily lifted when you're intoxicated and only then do you feel the pull of freedom that changing your life would lead you to.

So change your damn life.

LOL, dude...

Are you kidding?

It fucking torments your consciousness on a literal constant basis.

When you're sober, that feeling translates into something else...

It translates into that which makes you want to DRINK to ESCAPE IT.

Understand how your human mind works and is programmed.

Nothing is going to be better until you change it.
