ELISA LAM -- TB OUTBREAK?

Maybe there was someone that was there that she could see but not that is camouflaged from the camera or maybe there is someone there that she cannot see or the camera hence why the door stays open.

How did she get into the water tank? Was it an open rainwater tank, or did it have a sealed manhole?

Either way, isn't that water treated before its consumed by the guests? Simple bleach kills TB right?

Think of it as a technology demonstrator. Can enough of this strain survive the normal chlorine exposure typically found in real world applications.

The EPA and it's brethen (DHS/CDC) are not above doing human experimentation.

what is TB?

Isn't the Japanese government telling it's citizens not to go out if the particulate mattewr is above 2.5? It sparked my attention when I read this.."the fine particulate matter, called “PM2.5,” was piped in at levels 21 times greater than what the EPA calls its “permissible limit.”

I got this clue from AC 1686 on a previous page. Look at this photo of the hotel. Do you see "The Invisible Light Agency" in the center? Zoom in all the way in satellite view.

Just an observation about this. I read a book called "A Terrible Mistake" by H.P. Albarelli Jr. It's a true story about MK Ultra and drug experiments on humans. One of the common facts of the book and this case is that there are dive hotels involved.

Is it possible that while attending her higher education, Elisa was unknowingly exposed in her courses to the MK Ultra
element by whatever name it goes by now?

I can't imagine why a young woman traveling alone would stay in a hotel like that of her own free will.

Does anyone know what she studied in school?

this is clearly a case of bio-terrorism in los angeles.
