Just an observation about this. I read a book called "A Terrible Mistake" by H.P. Albarelli Jr. It's a true story about MK Ultra and drug experiments on humans. One of the common facts of the book and this case is that there are dive hotels involved.

Is it possible that while attending her higher education, Elisa was unknowingly exposed in her courses to the MK Ultra
element by whatever name it goes by now?
I can't imagine why a young woman traveling alone would stay in a hotel like that of her own free will.
Does anyone know what she studied in school?
