So you choose to believe in nothing. Belief in God has existed for as long as humans have existed;long before any religion, government or written language was created. Over the ages we have learned more and are now able to understand "how" certain things happen or came to be, but we still have no real idea "why." On another note, if I found out God doesn't exist, I would be disappointed, but my entire life would not fall apart. I would simply continue on until my end came and then I would be worm food. There's nothing I would be able to do that would change that, so it wouldn't make any sense to stress about it. I like believing there is a God, it helps me get through this life knowing there is something bigger than me out there. Fake or not, belief in God/Supreme Being has helped far more than it has hurt.
