Dark water!! Could there be a relation to the movie?

I haven't read really anything about this other then she was found in a water tank in the hotel...

First off, she appeared to be on the third floor (if that was the ground floor when it last opened). She hit all the buttons at one point so it would have stopped at each floor on the way down. Elevators will first go in the direction they were originally signaled, so it's likely she hit the down button before getting on. Most people don't go up in a hotel unless it's from the lobby.

It's obvious that elevator was somehow being controlled. Not until she disappeared did it start to operate again. Then she gets found in a water cistern on the roof of the building? Roofs are always locked, especially in a place like Vegas where thoughts of suicide are likely rampant.

She heard or saw something that freaked her out, that much is obvious. And hotels these days usually only allow your key card to work on the floor you're staying on if you take the stairs. It's a security feature.

Elevator was somehow controlled, she was found on the roof and it seems like the murderer had access at least to the stairwell, if not her floor specifically...

I'd be looking at current and previous employees as suspects.

IT'S POSSIBLE, NO? All of the reasons you listed are reasons why a murderer wouldn't decide to put her in a tank.

The one real mystery is how she got access to the roof.

You don't need ACCESS to emergency doors. Obviously someone came out of the door. Look at the picture. It's an emergency door. It would provide access to the roof.

Well that's weird, usually an emergency door like this would set off an alarm if somebody opens it, especially on a high rooftop. Unless of course, someone disabled the alarm.

Thank you so much for posting that. This just goes to show that there was someone there messing with her from the start. Someone pressed the button and then ran behind the emergency door. She is all confused until she hides near the panel and is clearly seen looking towards that exit door. And then she stands looking to the left. Why would she be looking to the left or making those gestures unless someone was there? There is nothing but a wall there. Someone got here there, and after whatever happened she was dumped in the water tank.

Cecil hotel has a history of suicides. There were multiple cases of people jumping off the top floor of the building, back in the 1950s and 60s.

Maybe the illuminati needed to sacrifice someone with a name that connected to LAM Elisa. They probably found her thru pages like the one above. Then constant monitoring, and baiting, then the eventual sacrifice.
Going by her pics I don't think she looks like a meth addict.

I must say one thing. I have seen some crazy shit. Including some snuff videos and real decapitations and mutilations online before and from shit off the deep web. I HAVE never felt so CREEPED OUT IN MY LIFE as I have while watching this video. I don't know what it was, but it was in my gut while watching this. There is some extremely sinister about this video that just gives me the chills. I don't know what it is, but I never get these feelings watching movies or videos on the net of any kind. There is something so much more to this than a murder. I have learned over the years to listen to my gut and intuition. And my intuition is telling me this is not just a regular murder.

Decapitation and mutilation videos are fucked up as it is. But you just admitted to watching snuff videos.

Imagine her being thrown in that water tank alive. Cant stand on the bottom and cant reach the latch up top. Pitch black, kicking and screaming while swimming for hours with no one to hear her. Finally she loses all energy and begins to slip below the water line.... Crying her face off. Pitch black. No one is coming to save her. She chokes several times before either giving up or losing consciousness. 3 weeks later....

The Dark Water movie seems to have many strange coincidences to this incident.
