So the feds are saying they are going to close down towers and pull federal air traffic controllers out? Fine, leave it up to the states to hire and staff whatever towers they want. There are plenty of retired military guys who served as controllers that are probably looking for jobs right now. When Reagan busted up the air traffic controllers union back in 1981, I had a friend who was working as a hotel security guard for minimum wage. He had had been a controller in the Air Force. He walked right out of a flunky security job and back into the tower tripling his salary overnight. If you are talking about TSA...we don't need those fools frisking children and senior citizens. I'm pretty sure passengers will never let another plane be taken over by terrorists with burning tennis shoes or box cutters again. They still serve wine in glass bottles on planes. I will put my broken bottle up against their box cutter any day. We are still allowed 3 ounces of liquid on planes. Do you have any idea how bad perfume sprayed in they eyes hurts? Or how about an oxygen tank and a lighter? My bomb against yours bitches! It's all just another government issued scare tactic. Checkmate..what's your next move? |
