My Mother in Law was a Jehovah's Witness & I'll never forget a conversation we had a couple of months before she died. I challenged her on something related to the Bible & she said, "No, I can NOT accept that! If I accept that as true then. Were I to accept THAT then I'd have to question everything & I cannot do that, this is my life, it's all I've got keeping me sane!". Her honesty was quite refreshing.
